About me

Hi! I am Echooy and i use he/it pronouns. I draw digitally (Procreate) and traditionally, and I write music using FL Studio. I am the founder, composer, pianist, vocalist, saxophonist, trombonist, and horn player of my band Echo Chamber. I am also a horn student in the Juilliard Pre-College program.
I mainly do art commissions, but I also accept commissions in music.Currently, I am a huge fan of Steely Dan, Kinng Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, and the game Everhood. I also play Deep Rock Galactic and Lethal Company often. Feel free to ask to add me on Steam and Discord!

Terms of Service

General

- You are not permitted to redistribute, reproduce, or use your commission in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTS, cryptocurrency, AI, etc.
- You may not claim the work to be your own, edit, or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial unless agreed upon.
- If you are looking for something to redistribute, reproduce, or use for your project(s), such as an ad, a video, to resell, etc, you must discuss with me for information on royalty fees.
- A minimum of 2 weeks is given to each commissioned piece unless discussed otherwise.- I have the right to decline any commission for any reason. I do not need to specify the reason.
- I reserve the right to the works produced & I may publish the works on my social network and portfolio, please inform me beforehand if you do not wish for me to use your commission anywhere else.
- I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches.

Payment

- I only accept PayPal or Venmo as the payment methods. USD only
- 50% payment will be done after accepted sketch(s), 50% payment upon completion
- I do not do refunds unless I, the artist, initiate the refund due to a breach of my terms, or 40 days have passed without completion of your order

Process

- All communication regarding commissions should be done in DMs or email
- Please provide as many references as possible.- I will be sending updates throughout the process. Preferably, large alterations should be made before I finish the base colors. No major edits after the piece is done.- You can receive your final commission on Discord or by email.
